Members of Shoreham Churches Together gathered last week in a vigil to pray for peace in Syria.

It was in response to a request from Pope Francis for prayers to be said for the country on Monday, October 31.

They prayed for all the people of Syria and for those leaders trying to reach a peaceful solution to the fighting.
