Sidley School's top kids

MATHS whizzes from Sidley Community Primary earned their school prizes in a recent county-wide competition.

The team of four entered the 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' style maths challenge organised by East Sussex County Council.

Heats were held online and the finals held in Polegate.

Individual team members answered questions with 'life lines', including the ability to 'ask the audience' just like in the TV show.

The team won maths equipment for their school, which has been shared out between the year groups, and 5 each.

Proud teacher Debbie Redman said: "They have all done so well. To go out in front of an audience and answer questions is just fantastic."
