Sidley's overflow problem

SIDLEY'S is the latest of Rother's recycling banks to suffer an overflow problem.

The problem has escalated since kerbside recycling with its alternate weekly collection of household waste and recyclables was introduced.

Now the bring-centre in Sidley car park not only features an overflow of bottles and other recyclables which the public are unable to get into the overloaded banks but the fly-tipping of bin bags full of household rubbish.
