SILVERWARE FOUND IN 'LOCK-UP'

Sussex Police have recovered what is believed to be a large quantity of stolen antiques, mainly silverware, from a lock-up in the Lewes area.

Working together with Wiltshire Police, some property has been identified, and police are now seeking help from the public to identify the remaining items.

To assist in the identification of recovered property, Police are using a website called Virtual Bumblebee to display items of recovered and seized property, which can be viewed via the Sussex Police Website.
