Lisa Moore gave birth to her daughter in 2005, and instead of working full time and sending her child to full time child care she set up Fit for Moore.

Lisa has amassed hundreds of clients across Sussex and now employs four members of staff, most recently a fellow Premier Training International (PTI) graduate.

“Training with PTI gave me the tools and confidence to fully commit to the drastic career change,” she said.

“The support of the staff and tutors during and after the course provided me with the confidence to set up my own business and ensured a seamless transition from the corporate world into the health and fitness industry.

“Leaving the Corporate world and setting up Fit for Moore was the best decision I ever made.

“I love working with people and helping them to achieve their fitness goals and ambitions, the job satisfaction is fantastic!”

The personal trainer has fitness trained for 20 years, and now works with www.premierglobal.co.uk.

She continued: “Changing my career to do something that I love has been great from a business perspective and has allowed me to combine work with childcare, which has been excellent.”

She offers one to one and small group sessions including metabolic effect, circuits, and has designed a specific program for the over 60s.
