Sinkhole causes road closure in Selsey

According to the highways department at West Sussex County Council, it received reports of a 'void in the carriageway' on Albion Road, near the junction with Kingsway, on Wednesday (May 6).

A spokesperson said: “Safety barriers were put up around the void itself, Albion Road was closed and a diversion set up.

“The cause of the void will be investigated ahead of repairs.”
