Size no object for Angmering’s floral art show
ORGANISERS of the Angmering Village Flower Show have announced their plans for next month’s event.
It takes place on July 6 at Pigeon House, High Street, from 2pm-4.30pm, with cream teas, craft stalls and a raffle.
Entry forms are available from shops in the village and from Manor Nurseries.

Hide AdClasses include flowers, fruit and vegetables, while children are asked to make a Dalek out of recycled materials, a paper plate face mask, an insect made out of vegetables and a sock puppet.
Among the floral art classes will be one to celebrate 50 years of the Angmering WI and 100 years of the Chelsea Flower Show. with no restriction on sizes this year.
Cookery classes include a baked cheesecake, Bakewell tart, swiss roll and sweets.
A donation will be made to Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice from the show proceeds.
