Worthing Crematorium has closed today.

On the roads

Worthing Borough Council and West Sussex County Council workers have been clearing and gritting pavements in the town centre.

Drivers are advised to avoid driving unless journeys are absolutely necessary as the roads are extremely icy.

Gritters with snow ploughs are clearing A roads and major routes in West Sussex.

Buses

At 9.05am

The 700 bus service is running between Littlehampton and Brighton.

Compass bus services has a limited service around Worthing, avoiding rural areas.

Brighton and Hove Buses are running a limited service including the 2 from Shoreham.
