Sponsoredwalk will raise fundsfor school
St Barnabas Line Dancing and Weight Loss group are arranging a sponsored walk to raise funds for of St Mary’s Special School and 6th Form College, Wrestwood Road, Bexhill.
The event on September 19 covers two distances. The longer route of approximately five miles starts at Hastings Pier and follows the coastal cycle/pedestrian path over Galley Hill to Bexhill finishing at St Barnabas Church. A shorter route of approximately 1 mile encompasses Galley Hill to St Barnabas Church. Walkers on the longer route will join up with the walkers on the shorter route so everyone finishes together. Each walk costs £3.00 to enter.
A ploughman’s lunch is available at the church for an additional £3.
