Adventurer Dave Barrow has recently returned from his expeditions across Asia, Africa and South America, travelling across deserts on the back of a lorry and sleeping unprotected in the jungle, whilst Mike has been managing woodland near Rye since 2007, coppicing it to produce firewood and benefit the local wildlife.

Both Dave and Mike have seen the evidence of wild boar activity in the woods and have encountered them as well.

Tours of the boar’s habitat will be free but a donation to a local charity will be greatly appreciated. On your journey through the woods, you will be shown evidence of the boars’ presence such as mud-baths the boar use, trees the boar rub against after bathing, holes dug by the boar and the tracks they use. You are unlikely to actually see a boar, as they are quite secretive animals, but it is always possible.

To book a place on one of the tours, call Mike on 07970 997903 or Dave on 07970 997903.
