Stage star makes a splash during cruise

Twelve year old Ellie Geoghegan, from Horsham took to the stage and the sea during half term.

The Millais student embarked upon the “Independence of the Seas” Cruise Liner which docked at Zeebrugge and Le Harve. On board Ellie competed in the Talent Inc Showcase, a three day event involving improvisation, photo shoots and singing. Ellie trains at The Act Too Arts Academy and Drama Works – both in Horsham - and has done for many years. Talent Inc is the leader in the US and Canadian markets when it comes to promoting new and seasoned talent to Agents and Casting Directors. After attending a workshop in London in July, Ellie was offered a place on their Training Course and the Showcase event held aboard the Cruise Liner.

After meeting with various agents from the UK, USA, and Canada, and her performance scores were added up, Ellie was awarded the trophy for the Best Overall Female Junior Actor.
