has announced courses for adult learners for the Spring Term.

The Story of China, is a fascinating weekly course where Karen Chang looks at perhaps the World’s oldest civilisation, which is now fast becoming the new global superpower.

The class looks at China in the past and today and is from 2pm to 4pm at St Mary Centre in Lion Street It starts on Tuesday January 13.

On Friday January 9 Practical Gardening returns, starting at 11.15am at Udimore Village Hall.

Propagation, sowing, pruning and much more are on the menu to be discussed. The emphasis is on having fun while you learn, so you can enjoy a cup of tea and cake in friendly company.
