Step up to the annual Pier Walk Challenge

Dust off the trainers and get set to put your best foot forward to raise funds for charity at the Annual Pier Walk Challenge.

Now in its thirteenth year, the charity walk, hosted by Brett McLean, will be held on Sunday July 3, kicking off from the gates of Hastings Pier at 10am.

Participants can either walk the entire route of 16.8 miles to Eastbourne Pier or take the half route of 8.4 miles which finishes at Little Common roundabout by The Wheatsheef Pub.

This year the charities that will benefit from the walk are the Hastings Pensioners Association; Sussex Association of Spina Bifida And Hydrocephalus (SASBAH); Brownbread Horse Rescue Centre and Stroke Association Relatives And Helpers (SARAH).
