THE WESTHAM VILLAGE HALL: Saturday Table Sale will be on December 10. The Sale will be open from 9.30 am to 12 noon. There will be plenty of stalls to suit most tastes, including cakes, jams and pickles: refreshments will be available during the morning.

WE ARE FAST APPROACHING: the time of year when resolutions are being made, one of which is to keep fit and lose weight: always a difficult job to do on one’s own. However, there is the chance of getting outside help from a Health Trainer. What is a Health Trainer you might ask? These are local people who have been trained to have the skills to help you make a real difference to your health. They have knowledge and experience of living in the community and understand how difficult it can be to make healthy choices. If you are somebody you know would benefit from working with a Health Trainer, please ring 01323 723966 or go online to www.mytimeactive.co.uk/eastsussexhealthtrainers.
