Students help shear sheep
SHEEP were shorn of their winter coats before the start of the summer, when students visited Church Farm, Coombes, last week.
As well as shearing sheep, some of the students, from Plumpton College, near Lewes, went one step further by shearing their own heads in aid of charity Macmillan Cancer Relief.
The sheep-shearing took place during half-term week so families could visit the farm and learn more about the process.
