Successful Cancer Research fundraiser
The Cancer Research UK Christmas fair at the weekend raised approximately £1,000.
A committee member said: "It is amazing. We have over 900 last year so this is amazing. Quite a lot of people came through the door...but it is a bit surprising. It is hard to believe...you think these are hard times, perhaps we won't do so well."
