Sue attends Queen's garden party

COUNCILLOR Sue Prochak and her husband, Stephen, were invited to attend one of the Queen's garden parties at Buckingham Palace last week.

Cllr Prochak said: "I was honoured to have the opportunity to attend the garden party. It was a marvellous afternoon. The weather was glorious. Every aspect was a delight. We met some extraordinary people who contribute to the well-being of this country in so many different ways.

"I even had a chance to meet the Duchess of Cornwall and thank her for visiting the De La Warr Pavilion.
