Visitors were greeted with well-stocked plant and book stalls.
The Bexhill Glimmer Stars Majorettes performed.
Visitors could try their luck with the raffle or their aim at the Crazy Kitchen crockery-breaking.
They could play "guess how many in a jar," chance their luck at the bottle tombola, play Pick A Lolly or Jean's Lucky Stars, Pick A card, or buy home-made mincemeat and marmalade or home-made cakes.

Hide AdThe hot-dogs and strawberries and cream were selling well as were the toiletries and jewellery.
There were cards for all occasions, novelty putting to play, a used toy stall to browse with pocket money in hand.
A day of sunshine and family fun all added up to a significant profit for church funds.
This was to the delight of the Vicar, the Rev David King for, like most churches, St Michael's faces hefty bills.
