Tackling the issues with panel debate

A TOPICAL debate on current affairs will see a political panel face questions from the people of Shoreham.

The Ropetackle Arts Centre is hosting its own Question Time style exclusive to tackle the issues with a panel of politicians and distinguished political commentators.

Members of the audience will be able to submit questions to East Worthing and Shoreham MP Tim Loughton, Lib Dem peer Lord Oakeshott, Labour peer Baroness Andrews, writer and broadcaster Simon Fanshawe and Professor Martin Todd, leader of Sussex University Climate Change Network.

Ropetackle spokesman Mark Phillips said: “Whatever the subject, whatever the issue, the wider range of questions the better.

“If you have a question you’d like to ask the panel, you can either email it in advance to [email protected] or simply bring it along on the night.”

Tickets for Tackle the Issues, on Friday, January 31, at 7.30pm, are £4.
