Taste of the World food festival 12-page special

Organised by JP South Events, Taste of the World will include live celebrity cookery demonstrations, creative cooking activities for all the family, live entertainment and top food specialists from all over the UK.

The festival will be held at Fontwell Racecourse on Saturday (July 14) and Sunday (July 15) from 10am to 4pm.

Entrance is £2.

“The event will bring food and culture from the four corners of the world, with cuisines from the Far East to North Africa, the Caribbean to Central Asia, the Mediterranean to Africa, and even close to home in the British Isles,” said Helen Watt, from JP South Events.

“This is an event of culture and food from each glorious part of the world.

“From exotic to rustic, elegant to rich, spicy to voluptuous, joyous and flamboyant, Taste Of The World is a gastronomic adventure you’ll never forget.

“The event will be full of exhibitors who raise the flag to their home culture and display a passion for down to earth good food. Bon appétit!”

A 12-page supplement, with more details of the event, will be published in tomorrow’s Herald and Gazette series and Observer series (Thursday, July 12, edition).
