Teenage girls charged with theft in Seaford

Two girls have been charged with theft in Seaford and robbery in Hove this weekend.

The two 14-year-old girls were arrested in Warwick Road, Seaford at 12.30am on Saturday September 21 to a report a mobile phone had been stolen. T

The two girls, one from Hove and one from Brighton, were then interviewed by police about this matter and an earlier robbery in Elm Drive, Hove, where a girl had a quantity of cash stolen.

They have both been charged with the theft of the phone in Seaford and the robbery from Hove and have been bailed to appear before Brighton Youth Court on October 18.
