Teenager had 70 bags of cannabis

A TEENAGE drug dealer was found with more than 70 bags of cannabis when police raided his home in Battle following complaints of drug dealing in the town.

Luke Alford-Hussey, 19, appeared at Lewes Crown Court this week where he pleaded guilty to possession of class B drugs with intent to supply.

On Thursday October 17 last year, Sussex Police executed a misuse of drugs warrant at Alford-Hussey’s home address in Battle.

Officers found more than 70 bags of cannabis, a large amount of small clear bags and digital scales.

A quantity of cash was also found.

Alford-Hussey of Marley Rise, was sentenced to serve a one-year community order with 150 hours unpaid work and a 12-day community reintegration course.
