The Dickers

LUNCH AT DICKER HALL: A light luncheon was held to advise some long standing (30 years plus) residents of the History Exhibition being presented as part of the Dicker Day Festivities on June 26. They were invited to contribute to the story of Dicker and talking on a one to one basis to gather information to present profiles of their life in the village. Many agreed, and interviews have started. They are being undertaken mostly by Vicky Radtke with Jenny Turland filling in where Vicky can't make it. All 17 who came said they thoroughly enjoyed the gathering. We hope to encourage more to join in between now and the end of May.
