The Twenty Ten Club

Our Annual General Meeting was preceded by a fish and chips lunch, supplied by Marinos as usual and the quiz kept everyone busy until 'the boys' arrived with it. It was very quickly distributed, so was still nice and hot. The AGM was kept as short as possible, with all but one member of the committee, who had served the maximum number of years, agreed to stay on for another year and the empty space was filled, so we felt very lucky that we still have people who are ready to step forward and help with the general running of the club, so thanks to Dave for making up the required number. Ros thanked those who had helped in various ways during the past year. Details were given out for our next lunch which will be at The Northern Hotel and some names were added to the list who would like to visit Rye on April 7th (market day) and later we will be be driven to Burmarsh for a delicious cream tea. We still have a few places on the coach if any non members reading this would like to join us.
