The Undateables star brings out song about Brighton

Local star from '˜The Undateables', Daniel Wakeford, has released a new music video for his single '˜It's A Wonderful City'.

In the run-up to the release of his new album, Daniel is filmed walking the streets of Brighton, rocking out and greeting locals.

Daniel said: “The video is brilliant and was so much fun to make. I’m really excited about playing so many gigs with my band in the autumn.”

‘That’s How I See It’ from The Daniel Wakeford Experience is set to be released September 28.

“I love Brighton because it has everything, the Lanes, beaches, lovely shops and restaurants and nice people,” he added.

The singer-songwriter first rose to fame on Channel 4’s ‘The Undateables’, a show about the trials and tribulations of people with learning disabilities as they attempt to find love.

Now The Daniel Wakeford Experience has gained a cult following as a result of his contribution to the growing learning disabled music scene in Brighton.

The star has been writing and recording music since 2009 and boasts a notable back catalogue of more than 60 songs.

Daniel said: “The new album has lots of new and exciting songs for everyone to enjoy, listen to and have fun too.”
