Brownfield Estates has submitted the planning application to make the changes, which would affect the character and appearance of the Littlehampton River Road Conservation Area, at Complete Auto Repair Service, 47 River Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: Change of use from a private dwelling to nursing home for young adults with learning disabilities at 47 East Ham Road.

Erect a new building comprising four one-bedroom flats at vacant land north of 45A West Way.

Rear and side two-storey extension with pitched roof to rear, new porch enclosure to front elevation and internal alterations at 45 Windward Close. Re-Submission following LU/366/13. This application may be determined by Littlehampton Town Council under delegated powers.
