Three-car collision causing congestion on the A27

The A27 between Polegate and Lewes is partially blocked and there is very slow eastbound traffic currently because of an incident involving three cars this afternoon (Monday, December 5).

Police were called to the scene near Middle Farm, Firle, at around 1.57pm. No-one was injured and the road was cleared by 2.30pm, but there is still heavy congestion in the area.
