Three-way fight for Arun seat in Angmering and Poling

ANGMERING and Poling go to the polls tomorrow, in a by-election for Arun District Council.

It’s a straight, three-way fight between the Conservatives, Labour and the Liberal Democrats for a seat vacated following the death in January of Conservative councillor Julie Hazlehurst.

Rustington Parish Council chairman Andy Cooper will be defending the seat for the Conservatives, while another Rustington parish councillor, Jamie Bennett, is the Liberal Democrat candidate and Angmering villager Carly Godwin is campaigning for the Labour party.
