Time - and a Time Lord - waits for no pram
DEL Boy, a bunch of Vikings and a Time Lord were among those racing prams through Pagham on Boxing Day.
The 62nd Pagham Pram Race, which raises funds for local charities, attracted a record number of entrants in fancy dress, including someone as the Doctor from Doctor Who.
