Commenting on the award, Lucie said: “It was a real surprise! I love my job and I put a lot into it, but I never expected to win a national award! There’s nothing better than supporting our guests to have a go at a new activity and then seeing them come back for more – it can really make their holiday!”

“Lucie truly embodies the dedication and enthusiasm we expect from all our staff,” said Mark Warnes, Product Director at Hoseasons.

“She works tirelessly to make sure our guests get the most from their holidays, is always willing to go the extra mile and fully deserves this award.”
