As part of its 125th anniversary celebrations, Lewes Football Club is holding a special auction to raise funds for the club.

Anyone can put in a bid for a host of spectacular lots to be auctioned at the club’s Gala dinner to be held on May 5 at the Pelham House Hotel.

Up for grabs on the night are:

1. A day at the races – entry to the Grandstand and Paddock at Plumpton, for two people;

2. Two tickets to Legally Blonde at the Savoy Theatre;

3. Pelham House VIP package for two people;

4. Rook for a night – two people get to take part in a Lewes FC players training session and then on match day, there’s a seat for one person in the dug out;

5. Tickets for the Gunners - two seats in the Upper Tier to watch Arsenal;

6. Two Rooks season tickets;

7. Bid for landscaping company Ditchling Gardeners to produce a design for your garden;

8. Closer screenwriter and Lewes CFC director Patrick Marber is offering one lucky bidder the chance to go behind the scenes of the 2004 film on a location tour with him.

9. Celebrity answer-phonemessage - Jon Culshaw from Dead Ringers and The Impressions Show will record, exclusively for you, an answer phone message from the celebrity of your choice.
