Car crash between delivery driver and taxi in Eastbourne

Two cars smashed into each other Tuesday (October 8) at around 9.20pm in Eastbourne.

The collision in St.Anne’s Road, on the Hartfield Road junction, was between a delivery driver and a taxi driver carrying two passengers.

Local residents at the scene said they came down to see what happened after they heard a ‘loud bang’.

Police temporarily blocked the road to clear the scene. No major injuries were reported.
