UPDATE: Level crossing traffic now cleared
A level crossing failure in Chichester is has now been resolved.
Reports showed there was queuing traffic on A286 Stockbridge Road in both directions near the Canal Wharf junction, however the level crossing is now operating as normal and traffic has cleared.
