Head chef Russell said: “It is important to start off at the grass roots with young chefs. By really nurturing them throughout their training, they in turn will spread this knowledge. This creates a better atmosphere, improves local kitchens and gets better chefs through the ranks”.

The event starts at 6.30pm and tickets cost £25.
