Trampoline trailer stolen in Milland

POLICE are appealing for information after a ‘Bounce and Play’ trailer was stolen in Milland.

A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said the bright yellow and red trailer was part of an events company and went missing from a barn between 11.30pm on Wednesday (May 8) and 9.30am the following day.

PC Darren Hall from Chichester Neighbourhood Response Team said: “The owner is very upset about the theft and has provided the enclosed photograph in the hope that it will help find the trailer which was part of his business and worth a considerable amount of money.”

The trailer was described by police as bright yellow and red. When folded into the transportation position it forms a trailer – the sides of which become trampolines when folded down.

PC Hall added: “If you know the whereabouts of the trailer or have been recently offered one for sale and were dubious of where it may have came from, then please call 101 quoting serial 237 of 9/5 or alternatively leave an anonymous message with the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
