Collision in busy Eastbourne road

A car and cyclist collided on a busy Eastbourne road this afternoon (May 20).

The incident happened between the B291 Willingdon Drove and Sevenoaks Road and was reported at about 4.30pm.

The road was closed for some time but it is understood the road has since reopened.
