Cows blocking major A-road: latest Sussex travel news
Cows on a major A-road and roadworks across the county are causing delays for Sussex motorists this morning (Monday, June 29).
According to the AA, cows have been reported on the A24 London Road at A283 The Pike.
Motorists have been advised to approach with care.
In Chichester, there are reports of delays as a result of temporary traffic signals due to water main work on Carlisle Gardens at Norwich Road.

Hide AdIn East Sussex, gas mains works in Eastbourne mean there are temporary traffic lights in place in Lower Street and on the B2103 Dukes Drive.
There are also temporary traffic signals in place in Hastings due to gas main work on A259 Old London Road between High Street and Ashburnham Road.
