Cyclist injured in collision with car driven by Crowborough man

A cyclist suffered a broken wrist after a collision with a car driven by a Crowborough man at Sharpthorne on Saturday (August 10).

A Mondeo saloon driven by a 22-year-old man was in collision with cycle being ridden by a 39-year-old woman from Scaynes Hill at Sharpthorne Road at about 4.30pm.

The cyclist fell off and suffered a broken wrist, cuts and bruises, for which she was treated at Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
