Emergency incident in Eastbourne town centre

Ambulances, fire engines, and police are currently on scene in Lismore Road, near the Memorial Roundabout.

They were first called there at about 10.25am.

One witness said they had seen three fire engines, three police cars, two paramedics and one critical care car attending.

A spokesperson for the East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said crews are supporting the ambulance service with an incident, but gave no further details.

SECAmb (South East Coast Ambulance Service) said it was responding to a call at a private address and could give no further information.
