Faygate crash victim named

52-year-old Terab Ali, from Horsham, was driving a silver Toyota Avensis which came off the road and collided with a hedgerow. He sadly died at the scene.

A 25-year-old local man who was a passenger in the car suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to East Surrey Hospital.

Police are still investigating the collision and anyone with information is asked to call 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 1784 of 18/08.
