Firefighters called to flat blaze in Burgess Hill
Firefighters were called to a blaze at a flat in Burgess Hill.
They dealt with a fire in a kitchen at a first floor flat at Grove Road.
The blaze involved a washing machine and the two fire crews from Burgess Hill soon had it under control.
The fire and rescue service said the cause was accidental.
No-one was injured in the incident, which happened just before 11.30 pm last night (Tuesday).
