M23 lane closed near Gatwick airport following reports of stalled vehicle

A lane is closed on the M23 this morning (Monday, May 19).
AA Traffic News at www.theaa.com/route-planner/traffic-news said: “One lane closed due to stalled vehicle on M23 Southbound before J9 (Gatwick Airport). Also another breakdown on the other side. In lane one. Traffic is coping well.”
The incident was first reported at 7.37am.
