Man seriously injured in collision near Eastbourne
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The incident happened at around 5pm in Wartling Road in Pevensey.
The ambulance service attended the scene, as well as the fire service and police.

Hide AdAccording to reports the road was still closed to traffic at around 9.30pm yesterday.
An East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were called on March 25 at 4.54pm to reports of a road traffic collision between two vehicles on Wartling Road, Pevensey.
“No persons were trapped, crews provided medical assistance to two people at the scene. The patients were placed into the care of the ambulance service. Crews in attendance, from Eastbourne and Pevensey, also carried out scene safety. The incident was handed over to police and ambulance.”
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a collision involving two vehicles in Wartling Road near Hailsham at 5pm on Monday, March 25.

Hide Ad“The road was temporarily closed while emergency services responded to the incident.
“The driver of one vehicle, A 25-year-old man from Pevensey, was taken to the Conquest Hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
“The driver of the second vehicle, a 60-year-old woman from Hastings, was taken to the same hospital with slight injuries.”
