Man taken to hospital after A259 crash

One man was taken to hospital after a crash on the A259 on Thursday afternoon (September 3).

Two vehicles were involved in a collision on A259 Worms Lane around B2132 Yapton Road, near Middleton-on-sea.

South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) confirmed that one crew joined police officers at the scene at around 3.15pm.

One man was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to St Richard’s Hospital, SECAmb confirmed.

According to Arun Police, the road had been partially blocked, with slow moving traffic between Bognor Regis and Littlehampton.
