Oving traffic lights: Highways England apologises for delays

Highways England has apologised to motorists following issues with the Oving traffic lights yesterday (Tuesday, April 27).

Reports came in on Tuesday morning that the traffic lights at the junction of Oving Road and the Chichester Bypass were faulty and causing delays to traffic.

Highways England said it is carrying out regular checks to find the cause of the issues.

"We are in touch with our local partners in Sussex and are sorry for the disruption this fault is causing. In the meantime we thank drivers for bearing with us.”
