PICTURES: Coastguard called to casualty in Worthing
The Shoreham Coastguard was called to asssist a casualty '˜unwell in water' west of Worthing pier last night (Monday, July 17).
The casualty was rescued at around 10pm and taken to an awaiting ambulance, according to the coastguard. A rescue helicopter also landed at Homefield Park, said the coastguard. More to follow.
