Pictures show scene as car smashes through wall of flats in Brighton

The fire service said it was called to people trapped in the vehicle in Craven Road shortly before 6pm.

Three fire engines and a technical rescue unit responded to the incident, a spokeswoman added.

She said two people were taken to hospital and the service left the scene at 9.20pm.
