Rail commuters face possible delays after person hit by train
RAIL commuters travelling via East Croydon may face delays or cancellations this evening (Tuesday) due to a person beig hit by a train.
The incident happened in the South Croydon area but Southern Railway say short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 60 minutes can be expected on all routes via East Croydon.
Several trains that pass through Horsham and the Arun Valley line go through East Croydon.
Commuters are advised to check the Southern Railway website for information.
