Serious injuries suffered in A24 Warnham crash

One person has been taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries in a collision on a major road just outside Horsham this morning (Christmas Eve).

Emergency services attended the A24 Dorking Road in Warnham at 6.40am.

Three people have been injured.

The road has been shut in both directions between Great Daux Roundabout and the Marches Road junction.

One patient has been taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with what were initially assessed as life-threatening injuries.

Drivers are advised to stay clear of the area but also take extra care when finding other routes before of surface water..
