Police said all lanes on the A23 are now open.

One lane on the northbound carriageway by Hickstead had been closed earlier today due to a broken down vehicle.

There is minor traffic on the A27 eastbound approaching Broadwater.

Overall, roads across Sussex are relatively quiet this evening.
